It is impossible to give a firm price without seeing the item in question but I can give you some fair idea if you email me with the camera or lens description and as much detail of the fault, or faults, as possible.

If you do not actually know what is wrong email me anyway describing the problem.

Please send pictures if you are able.

Please understand that some parts are no longer available new and to complete the repair I may have to use items from my secondhand stock. If this is the case I will email you first for your permission to do.

I clean glass lens elements, I do not re-coat or re-polish lens surfaces although in many cases I can remove fungus.

Unless otherwise stated the equipment is repaired with a 90 day guarantee.
It is a firm condition of this guarantee that the item is returned to me for inspection. The buyer must pay the postage.

All items are inspected, checked and tested by myself but they are tested with instruments and not by exposing film. I run film through all the cameras I repair. I check the running speeds and the transport ( particularly single frame ) I have been working with Bolex cameras for many years and I know from visual inspection if the transport is correct.

My guarantee does not cover any loss of film, loss of production time, loss of earnings, or loss of revenue what-so-ever and applies only to the item listed.

Repairs will be undertaken by me in my workshop and are subject to the availability of spare parts, and subject to the buyer paying the postage and or freight one way.
