The buyer must understand that the goods, ( the items as defined by eBay listing rules ) unless otherwise stated, are second-hand, and may show signs of previous use and some signs of wear. Unfortunately second-hand lenses almost always show some cleaning marks on the glass. These marks will be mentioned in my description unless in error they are overlooked.
All items are inspected, checked and tested by myself but they are tested with instruments and not by exposing film. I run film through all the cameras I list to sell. I check the running speeds and the transport ( particularly single frame ) I have been working with Bolex cameras for many years and I know from visual inspection if the transport is correct.
My guarantee does not cover any loss of film, loss of production time, loss of earnings, or loss of revenue what-so-ever and applies only to the item listed. Repairs, if needed, will be undertaken by me in my workshop and are subject to the availability of spare parts, and subject to the buyer paying the postage and or freight one way.
I am careful and honest with my description of the items I sell and I will accept a return if my description proves to be substantially incorrect. I will also accept a return under exceptional circumstances. I would expect the buyer to pay post and or freight. If you are unhappy with your purchase before doing anything please email me.
